we offer a wide range of free short courses to help you take that first step into your new career. you will also develop the skills and knowledge you need to get back into employment.
are you eligible?
if you're aged 19+ and the following criteria apply, you qualify for one of our free opening doors programmes.
- unemployed and in receipt of a means tested benefit* or
- employed and earning less than £17,004 per year**
*accepted means tested benefits include: universal credit, jsa, esa, income support, housing benefit, pension credit, council tax benefit.
**accepted evidence of your earnings include: last three months payslips, p60 or a formal contract of employment.
